The Professional Grade Pre-Assembled Oven
Premium quality ovens yield premium quality results, and that's what you'll get with the Earthstone Model-110-PAGW Hybrid Oven. The body parts are a cast 4 to 6 inch thick dense, high temperature refractory material with an 80% alumina content and additional special additives which stop deterioration from acids emitted by wood combustion. With all materials sourced locally in the US, you can guarantee you are getting premium quality when you buy an Earthstone oven! Looking for a different size? The Model 110-PAGW Oven boasts many amazing features including:
- Three modes of operation: gas fired, wood/gas combination, and wood fired
- Solenoid based burner control automatically adjusts flame height and intensity to maintain the preset temperature
- The steel support frame and enclosure are constructed of heavy gauge welded tube steel and angle iron members all precisely fabricated and attractively designed
- The void area between the cast oven body and steel circular enclosure is entirely filled with 4 to 20 inches of a hardened lightweight insulation mixture, which forms a secondary molded body
- The combination of thick cast refractory body and an outer insulation shell maximizes the heat storage capacity of the oven which allows for an extremely efficient oven that cooks at even non-fluctuating temperatures
- The temperature probe is placed 3 ½” into the dome or top of the oven in lieu of on the floor in order to avoid temperature readout fluctuations caused by food items placed on the floor
- Both the body pieces and floor tiles are cast and assembled individually which allows for continuous joints throughout the entire oven reducing the possibility of stress cracks
- Premium Hearth Floor Tiles – “Pierre de Boulanger” are cold pressed at 8,500 psi and kiln fired at 2800F degrees
- U.L. listed for installation with a 1-inch side clearance to combustible materials

Warranty
Earthstone offers a five year warranty from the original date of purchase that covers manufacturing and material defects on components including all refractory parts and floor tiles. Shipping & Returns
Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order, we will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within two business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@premiumpizzaovens.com
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage you should make not of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@premiumpizzaovens.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellation & Refunds
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping changes. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
30-Day Return Policy
All items can be returned 30 days from date of receipt if they are in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received in.
